Default very unhappy

i was using a scale that i got from my mom. It said that i was 195, then i got a new scale and apparently im 200lbs. so now im not sure which one is right or what to put my weight at. it feels like i just took two steps back. This is so hard.

You still lost 7 pounds either way - one of the scale's might be off but you still lost and it can't be off in how much you lost! One thing to do, is take something you know the weight of (I used a 5 pound hand wight) and put it on the scale and see what it says! This way you know if it is off and how much. I would recommend using something that is at least 5 pounds.

weird thing my digital scale doesn't trip at 5 pounds though a gallon milk worked really well for me. Good luck and congrats on the weight loss

Courtnie's got it right! No matter what you started at, or what your weight is now, you've still lost the SAME amount! Be proud of that, and don't let the scale get you down!

No matter what, scales are evil. lol

But like the others have said, the fact is, is that you DID lose weight!

And I've used dumbbells on my scale before to check their accuracy.

the same thing happened to me when i got a new digi scale! I was so bummed (mine was also about a 5lb difference), but after awhile you'll get over it and realize that lbs lost are lbs lost, congrats on your loss!
