Default The last ten (or so)

I've lost 20 pounds since the middle of September, and am no longer overweight. I've been bouncing around 152-154 since the middle of last month maintaining, but now I want to lose the final 10 or so.

I listed 144 as my goal weight, but that may change. I still have a poochy tummy and love handles that I want to lose.

Hey redlight ... Congrats on your weightloss, we have a Featherweights forum just for gals like us who are struggling to lose the last 10-15-20 lbs or more , come join us...

The last 10 pounds can make a BIG difference in the way you look. You may end up being pleasantly surprised. For me, my problem areas-my legs and hips-tend to be the last thing to slim down, at the last minute, it seems.

What exercise are you doing?

Aphil, I'm riding my bike and jogging. I also do ab exercises. I'm thinking about weight training.

The last 10 or so are on my belly and boobs. I'm actually concerned about my legs and hips being too thin when I get down to my goal weight.
