Hi there. Thought I would come and post here. It is kind of a trial and error thing for me right now... trying to find the right place to post and all. I am trying to lose.. of course .. as we all are, but i am trying to focus it as sizes or inches lost as opposed to weight. I have started back with my weights at home and plan on doing weights 3 times per week.. And at least 3 days of cardio per week. Today I got up early and did my first weight workout, after a 10 minute warm up on my hydralic stepper I have at home. My leg muscles were shaking inside so I know I did a good job.. I really love and missed that feeling.. Now I am just downing my first litre of water for the day, got my coffee going, and off to get ready for work.. If any of you work out at home, I would love to hear what you do, and how you making out with it. Have a great day everyone.....
