Question Any changes in nail health?(toenails)

Ok, I gotta ask this. For those old enough to have experienced toenail thickening, has there been any improvement or change since maintaing this WOE? Not really talking about a toenail infection, I had a sample tested and it came back negative. Just wondering if diet had any effect on this or if I'm doomed to have yuck nails forever.

I have noticed lately that my fingernails which have always been long, are breaking easier than usual. They always tend to break down under the skin and drive me nuts.

My DH has had that thickening for years and I always thought it was due to a fungus.
