Talking My Very First Mini Goal

I made a goal to walk 100 miles in 120 days, which I thought was too easy, but I ended up taking 125 days and just finished. Happy I stuck to some form of excercise and think I am finally on my way.

I started with one mile a day when I could get through that without feelinf too winding I moved up to 2 miles and so on. The 2 & 3 mile had weights so by the time I worked my way up to four miles it wasn't as big a deal as I thought it would be. One problem I can't take leslie sansone for more the 3 miles straight so towards the end it was more having to deal with her than anything else, but it was deifnitely worth it. I did end up doing 5 miles (2 mile and 3 mile) a couple of times. Also I tried not to go more than 2 days without walking.

I like the idea of mini goals, 60 pounds sounds so impossible, but 10 pounds by 2/01 sounds much nicer!! I'm with you all -- We didn't gain this weight in a week, but somehow I always want to lose it that fast!!! My biggest problem is I weigh myself too much, but if I can keep up with a mini goal, maybe I won't fixate so much on the scales.
