Default Counting Minutes

I have been doing Walk away the Pounds for a while and counting minutes since I want to try some other things for the new year.

When you you are doing a video and you count minutes. Do you start counting from the time you actually start moving? or do you go by the number of minutes listed on the video (dvd)?

When I count my minutes, I use the timer on the DVD player and use that number. So I guess you would say from the time I actually start moving, since that seems to be when the timer always starts.
