Hi, I'm Anne, I'm pretty new here. I thought I would weigh in this morning. Given that I had only started a few days ago, I didnt think I would see any change. BUT.....I lost 3 lbs!!!!
I havent really done too much except try to cut out pop, and watch what I am eating. I also did some work on my exercise bike! I;ve really been trying to watch what I am eating and been writing it down so I can keep track of it!
