I will start slowly. At least 30 mins a day 5 days a week. Goal for January 2007 is 660 mins and to lose 1# a week. I have a 6 months old boy and am breastfeeding so cannot cut my calories too much. Good luck to all of you in your goals.
Count me in! Planning to do 300 minutes a week, about a total 1440mins in Jan (5 x Cardio, 5 x Abs, 3 x Weights, 2 x Flexibility) , we'll see how it goes

I would like to exercise 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes a day. We have a treadmill, and I want to use that more in 2007 to help melt the fat away & reach my goal. Also, I want to do some weight training.
