Default I Did It!!!!

I reached my December goal and for the first time in 10 years am below 200lbs.

I have set my next goal for 190. That will put me at what I weighed when I delivered both of my daughters. They weren't twins they were 2 years apart. The youngest girl is now 12.

I have now lost 1/2 of my goal weight and 1/4 of my body size. Down from a size 26 to an 18!!!!!!!!

I am feeling much better too. I even roller skated last week for the first time in more then 20 years. It embarassed my daughters. hehehe, I didn't care. I felt good. Was sore for a couple days afterwards but I did it.

By the way I love watching these tickers move as much as I love watching the scale drop.
