Great job, everyone! Unfortunately I had a 2-pound GAIN this week. I expected it, but it still sucks! It's my TOM, I was off my plan THREE days, and I missed my workout THREE days, so I'm not surprised. This is the first time I've seen the scale go up since I started this, so it's hard but I can see how it's a direct result of the choices I made this week, so I'm ok with it. I have to be, I guess!! It just motivates me to make the RIGHT choices over Christmas and to not let ANYthing get in the way of working out from now on!
