Nine pounds. I am putting it in type, on the Internet, for the whole wide world web to see. That is what I have put back on in the last 3 months with my half-behinded exercise routine and my complete lack of restraint regarding what I put in my mouth.

That is not the only part of my life that I have allowed to fall by the wayside.

It is time to get back in action. I am the only one who can make my goals and dreams a reality.

Hi Susan! It is hard to read 3FC when one's head is stuck in the sand (or other dark, messy locations). I will check out the thread! I need to invite weightlifiting into my life...
