Default poll: has anyone tried....(warning: not for hard core perfectionists)

using low-fat dairy in place of FF like they do on SB? (not using points fopr them)

Well, yes..for low-fat cottage cheese instead of ff. I do use ff milk and ff yogurt. The ff cottage cheese had a texture that really bothered me for some reason.

I also sometimes Cabot 75% reduced fat Cheddar--I do count the points for it (I eat it on Ryvita crackers--another points food).

sorry i'm so late getting back to you. we've been away from the puter all day. i had good results, but i was also counting my points. i found i need the boundaries set with points even when eating core. well--eating flore.
