Default Made Lifetime Today

While I don't often post on this thread, I wanted to share with other Weight Watchers the fact that I made Lifetime today! While over 1/2 of the 94 pounds was lost while on Flex, I've been doing Core for quite a while now, and like it so much. I still have 6 lbs. to lose to make my goal of 100 lbs. lost, but I'm just so happy that I got to my WW goal and made it through the six (well, it stretched out to about 10 because I couldn't weigh in every week) weeks.

Great work!

I've been Lifetime for 2 years--a member caught me in the parking lot that day and said, "Make sure you keep going to the meetings." She's right--I haven't missed a month (sometimes I go twice a month) and my leader is always supportive and encouraging. It continues to be a journey and a process, and I still need to stay on top of what I eat.

That's awesome that you made it! Enjoy the keychain and all its trinkets--they represent a lot of hard work.

, Sheila.

As a Core person who has made lifetime, can you tell me how maintenance works for the Core plan? I know how it works for Flex but have never heard anything about Core maintenance.

Xena2005, I was told to add 28 points a week. Since I don't eat much "pointed" food, I just kept on doing what I've always done. I'm still trying to lose a bit so that works for me right now.
