Default I just realized Thanksgiving is next week!

Somehow, I didn't realize that Thanksgiving is next week! I just found out today! I was subconsciously thinking that it was still at least couple weeks away.

Try this on for size....Christmas is five and a half weeks away. That's 40 days and I haven't purchased one single gift. Not a one.

Well, I usually start my Christmas shopping on December 23rd...I'd like to say that this year will be different, but I say that every year.

It's just too soon! I didn't realize it, either!

I have actually gotten an early start on Christmas shopping. I've bought for 8 of the 15 people that I buy gifts for. I do this every yr. Then, still end up shopping til Christmas Eve anyways. Looking forward to seeing family for Thanksgiving but not looking forward to spending the day around all the tempting sweets.

It did come awful quick didn't it!! I got a few presents but still have a lot more to buy. I am just at a loss of what to get for who. I'll do mostly all online shopping so I have to get a move on while they're still offering free shipping.

I saw at my gym that it's open 6-12 Thanksgiving day!! I'm going to try to make it and then I won't feel as guilty having the gravy and pie!
