I have just rejoined WW after a very long hiatus. I lost 25lbs when I first signed up many years ago and I have maintained it, Yeah! I am now ready to go the final mile to become healthier and lose another 35lbs! I've rejoined online, hoping I will have the disipline to stay motivated on my own.
