I keep seeing "my fitday" and I looked at someones. Can any one tell me how to start one??:

If you want others to be able to view it, make sure you remember to select "make your journal public" under the user profile area on fitday.

Spark People www.***********.com its a super site even Video has excercises, weight lifting and nutrition stuff all free and as good as any I have seen, I still can't believe its free.
