Wow, that's quite the thread title today...definitely stirred MY enthusiasm!
Perhaps a bit late, though...I've allowed stress to get to me (was in an accident yesterday and have been dealing with insurance companies and the repair facility--at least no one was hurt, and the car is ugly but driveable) and had a major binge this morning. I stopped at 7-11 on my way to work and pretty much bought 1 of every unhealthy item in the store and ate it So I replaced the couple hundred calories I burned off in my morning workout with a couple thousand empty calories of junk. Nothing I can do now but move on...I'm sure I've already eaten my daily allowance of calories in junk this morning, so I'll try to keep the rest of the day kinda light.
small glass of skim milk (that was this morning before the binge)
7-11 store inventory
2 MorningStar Farms "chicken" patties on wheat buns
yogurt (if I need it--might skip)
leftover dinner from last night (chicken breast chopped and cooked in crock pot with salsa, black beans, and corn)
Also glad nobody was injured Jillybean. Good luck with the insurance companies - oh what joy. Definitely stressful.
B -1 cup quaker essentials corn bran cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
S - I've been skipping this lately, but just in case I need it - 1 non-fat yogurt
L - 3 oz. tuna in water, sliced red pepper, sliced cucumber, 2 - 17 calorie whole grain rice cakes and 5 almonds
S- fat-free, sugar free 60 calorie ice cream bar
D- 1 baked chicken breast and spaghetti squash with grilled tomatoes and onions
And as always 6-8 glasses of water,
