Well I posted my b-fast on the other thread (or attempt at it ) - but here goes:

B-fast -
Coffee with FF half and half (2 cups) - 1 pt
Banana

Lunch -
Taco salad with FF sour cream/cheese tomatoes, onions
Baked oatmeal with 1/4 cup sf pancake syrup - 1 pt

Snack -
1 Tblspn mixed nuts - 1 pt
(was going to have ff/sf pudding but had an apple AND a banana instead - it sounded better)
2 tall glasses skim milk

Dinner - still TBD

Sounds yummy, Tina. I had homemade meat sauce last night. Plenty in the freezer for another meal.

Yep....Jim and I are garlic lovers too! Great idea for lunch. I better get to cooking my dinner. My tummy is starting to growl. First I'll have some more water while I cook.
