I read in the atkins book that once you quit and start back you only have to go through induction for 4 days before you are in ketosis and can go back to the carbohydrate level that you left off at. After you are back in ketosis then you can probably have something similar to all the foods that you think you will be missing. I am finding that there is a low carb way of eating anything you want,but you have to be willing to experiment or search a bit.
So my suggestion - start now, this second. Don't eat anymore off induction foods from now and for the next few days. It doesn't matter what you ate earlier today, just start now anyway. Nowhere does it say that you have to start at a certain time or on a certain day. Pick up your water, and start drinking through your cravings. My suggestion, if you know this is what you want to do, you know this is what works, then don't wait, whatever excuse you have forget about it and just do atkins now.
