Very few of them got my heartrate up really high enough to do much, at least not once I had been exercising for a while. The kickboxing one that was on there for a while was awesome though.

Is this on regular comcast digital cable or do you have to had an expanded version? I have on demand but only channels 1-80 or so, and I haven't seen this.

I did the boot camp one last night OMG was it tough LOVED IT THOUGH !!! im gonna try a different one tonight
And to answer the ? is it expanded i dont know i just go there then go to fitness and all diff ones are there

I use them occasionally, especially when I get bored with what I usually do. It gives me variety without having to spend money on a new DVD. There are some good ones, and not so good ones. I've started a few the seemed like a lot of fun and only lasted a few minutes and knew it wasn't for me. So it's nice to not have wasted money on it.
