Fridays mean nothing to me since I also work Saturday and sometimes Sunday! Oh well!

B: WW SF toast with natural PB (pts)
S: carrots
L: tuna salad, 2 cups skim milk
S: FF cottage cheese and pears
D: salad with romaine, radishes, purple onion, broiled shrimp and Kraft Free 1000 Island

Edited to add: I forgot the liquids! Milk will be with lunch, and I've had one 24 oz. bottle of water and am working on another. I will also have 16 oz. of green tea this afternoon, and if it doesn't warm up in here soon, I'll be having a cup of SF/FF hot cocoa. Only 50 calories vs. 120 calories for the regular, and it tastes good too! Oh, and I stopped for a coke on the way to work but didn't drink it all.

Hey Kathy, have you tried the new Smart Balance PB yet? It's delicious....not Core but healthy and worth the points on rare occassions. It comes in chunky or creamy and does not have to be refrigerated. No trans fats and is sweetened with molasses. Quite natural, I believe.

This Friday is PayDay!

B: 1 cup blueberries, 1/3 cup All Bran cereal, 1 cup skim milk

lunch: 2 wedges Laughing Cow Light, 2 slice Wasa Crisp Bread, apple, tomato, 8 oz. skim milk.

dinner: probably 4 oz steak on salad greens with black beans and salsa on top

snacks: apples, most likely

tonight's temptations...whatever they serve at the Halloween dance. I'll try, honestly, I'll try to drink only water or sf drinks. I'll pretend they are witches brew

Vickie, I haven't tried the PB, but I did see where they had Smart Balance shredded cheese. I wonder how that would be? It should be pretty low on pts.

The PB I'm eating now is just ground peanuts with a teeny bit of olive oil for smoothness. I got this at Central Market but have also made my own in the food processor. I bought some walnuts yesterday that I'm going to experiment with.

We don't have the cheese yet but I definitely will give it a try when I see it. I don't remember what kind of oil is in the Smart Balance. I think it's canola.
