When I started a little over a year ago, I had 79 lbs to lose. Now I am down to the final 14. What a great feeling. Just had to share.

Your story is so inspiring. I wanted to let you know that your height can change if your not thinking about standing up straight. It happened to me at the drs but I made a point to stand tall the 2nd time and I was back to 5'4".
