Default Weekly Weigh-In 10/16 - 10/22

I didn't see a thread, and of course I wanna toot my own horn so I'm started the weekly Weigh-In thread. 11 lbs gone!!! I know it's mostly water, but that is the best loss I've had in the last year of trying.

Celina and Rememberhowto - thanks! I'll take the losses any way I can get them. But it means the world to get those extra pats on the back from people on this board!!

Liz and Carol - great job on the losses this week! It's real easy to lose the first week as long as someone is trying, but to continue "chipping" away at the pounds shows a degree of dedication that I'm hoping I can achieve as I continue on my weight loss journey this time.

DNR - You're so close to Onederland that I'm envious! Great job this week!!

Lisa - 2 pounds is wonderful!!! Great job on reaching your first mini-goal over a month early!!!
