Talking I RAN up a flight of stairs!!!
...and I didn't die from it. LOL

I did it just to see how out of breath I'd be, and you know what? It wasn't so bad. I also did not trip, which I figured I would. lol

i remember the first time i did that. i waited at the top of the stairs...to rest, like i normally would have needed to....and then thought...wait..i can continue walking....i even double checked my breathing. it was such a new feeling!!
