Breakfast: One serving oatmeal made with skim. A large banana cooked in with 1 tablespoon pecans (points). Yum.....just like banana nut pancakes!
Lunch: I'm not sure since I think we are going out but it will include some fruit
Dinner: Marinated Lemon Garlic Chicken (point for extra bit of healthy oil in marinade), oven fries, fresh green beans or can of waxed beans with a bit of smart balance light (points)
