Well, Im a newbie here. I started WW 9/22 at 134.6, 1st weigh in I got to 132.6, had my second weigh in last night and gained .4. Im not gonna stress about it, because I know I followed the plan to a Tee, and I started walking 2 miles a day, so it will show up next week. Current weight, 133.
This is my first week back on WW. I know WW works if you use it correctly. I am hoping to stick to it this time and reach my goal. Nice to meet everyone.
Well, after a small gain of .4 last week, this week I came in with a 1.6 lb loss. Yippie! Total of 3 lbs. lost in 3 weeks. Im really happy with this. 1 lb a week really adds up quicker than you think, and I know that by losing slow, Im more likely going to find it easier to maintane.
Thanks LilBB. You can do it! Losing 0 is still a lot better than gaining Last week for me was kinda stinky, so I was glad to see something show up (or dissapear) this week. I changed up my eating schedule, and started varieing my points up and down from day to day. Of course I didnt go over my weekly points, I just ended up useing some of those bonus points instead of eating exactly 20 points everyday. I guess my body liked it better this way and decided to let go of some fluff, LOL!
