Hi! I'm a newbie here, just checking things out & feeling my way around. Congratulations on your new start! I have been steadily gaining weight since I started having kids (17 years ago). I always thought, "it's only 2 or 3 pounds". But 17 years later, that 2 or 3 pounds a year now totals 45 pounds! I don't want to go on a certain diet - been there, done that. I want to make permanent lifestyle changes instead. Maybe we can support each other?
