Default Oatmeal??

I cant remember if oatmeal is allowed on induction, but here was a interesting tid bit I thought I would share. If it is not allowed on induction, please post to let me know.

*** Today's Tip: Get More Soluble Fiber
To increase your intake of soluble fiber: toast PLAIN oatmeal or
rolled oats on a cookie sheet in the oven until browned. Use toasted
oats as a topping for cereal, salads, fruit, or yogurt to add flavor,
crunch, and soluble fiber to your diet. Research shows that regularly
eating soluble oat fiber helps reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol

Oatmeal isn't on induction. It is actually fairly high in carbs. Since reaching my maintenance level , I have included it twice a week. I only have it if my other eating is perfectly on program that week. If I have any gain at all,, I revert back to my eggs and breakfast meat to take the weight off. Also, any time I do have it, that means that I can't have LC bread or LC tortillas for a few days. I find it's kind of a "danger food" for me as I don't want just a little bit, I want a big bowl of it.
