Tried too many diets,
An now I am back to loose again!!!
Tried Atkins, lost 22 lbs, got pregnant with 3rd baby and high choleseral
Tried Fit America, came away with a heart problem.
This time I am back to WW and excersize.
I have owned a business (food related +30 Lbs + too much stress!!!!!), have 3 kids and had no time for me.
well, sold the business and kept the kids! now is time for us to make some big changes for a better future!
Hoping to fit into my clothes again, and need some smaller ones.

YEP. I can't say much more. I am a calorie counter and it is the only diet plan that has worked for me. I work in a restraunt that serves burgers and fries, have for 12 years. I can't blame all my weight gain on it but 12 years and two babies I was up 50 pounds from then. Watching what you eat and exercise, not just one or the other will get you to your goal. I am getting closer with the help of this site, you will too!!! Great attitude and Good luck!
