Spicy Chilies Rellenos
8 large seeded green chili peppers
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 T. salt
1 T. black pepper
1/4 c. chili powder
1 T. onion powder
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 large egg
1/2 c. cheese whiz
1/4 c. hot salsa
Dip the chilies into the beaten eggs. Fry in hot oil and drain. Brown ground beef. Stir in the onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Drain grease and stir in cheese. Fill chilies with mixture. Combine cheese whiz and hot sauce, microwave 2 minutes, and stir well. Pour sauce over the chilies and serve.
