Starting Induction Today!
Ok, so I stepped on the dreaded scale this morning, after ignoring it for close to a year. I was actually quite surprised it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
Today is d-day for me. I turned 44 on Saturday, already leaning towards high blood pressure, so it's time for me to get serious.
I am joining you here in Low Carb because I know this works for me. I did it once! 2002-2003 I lost 60 pounds on Atkins. So I know I can do it again.
Looking forward to getting to know you all better here.

I started yesterday on this thread also but I posted in the chat. Hope we'll be on our way to our goals in no time. I have tried Atkins about 4 years and lost 10's,but at the time I wasn't ready to comit to Low carbing like I am on.
