Hi I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Terri. I have been doing low carb off an on for years and finally got serious this past Jan and have lost 70 lbs so far!! I feel wonderful!! I still have a ways to go but I am determined to get there!!

Wanted to say hi and I hope to get to know you all better!!
