Do you mind if others join in your thread?
I've always find that posting my food journals helped me a lot. I also found that just recording things helped -- even if it seemed ridiculous because I'd eaten so much. I don't think I ever hit triple-digit points, but I know I've challenged it once or twice.
I've had bad weeks, recorded points, and gotten back on track without too much fuss. It's when I don't record things that I start slipping more and more into unhealthy habits, and then it's all over.
