Talking 3 much needed NSV's!
So.....I was in the gym last night and was finding it really tough going. I was ready to give up and was thinking what is it all for...streaming with sweat and out of breath for what! But I pushed through and completed it.

Afterwards a girl from work who I wouldn't really talk to much came over and said I was looking great and had lost 'loads of weight' , and she called me fantastic!

Then this morning another girl from work who is just back after a years leave said ' wow you look fantastic!!!!!!'

I could have jumped for joy!..and in fact I actually did

That is great, moments like those definately help!! I had a girl from work that I haven't seen in a long either say "wow, you've lost a lot of weight haven't you?" and it definately brightened my day!! And WTG for pushing through the exercise and getting it done even when you didn't want to!!
