I am on the blue plan due to being diabetic.I am starting month 5. and have lost 33 lbs. I asked my counselor about the Carb Cravers and she said I couldn't use that section because I am diabetic. The book says under that section that diabetics should choose higher fiber choices. Why would they tell me not to use that section? It sounds like a way to add something different once in a while. I get tired of eating the same old things. If you use this, what does it count as? The book says 1 protein. Am I reading that wrong? What about the bread and rice etc.? Any help appreciated.
