Default Tuesday Menu, August 29, 2006
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, double serving peaches, equal

Lunch: SW eggbeater omelet, slice FF Borden's sharp ceddar cheese

Dinner: Pork Chop and Mushroom Rice Casserole (1 point for soup); green beans

Snack: 2 Natural Ovens chocolate raspberry cookies with cup of hot tea with lots of skim/equal (5 points)

Snack 2: 5 saltines with smart balance (4 points)

THIS IS NOT A CORE MENU...OBVIOUSLY...but Vickie's menu looks lonely.
