Breakfast: green tea and yocheese with strawberries and blueberries
Lunch: black beans and corn quesadilla (low fat, low carb whole wheat tortilla*) with FF mozzarella and salsa
Dinner: Broiled tilapia, sauteed mushrooms and artichokes (in olive oil), green beans and pearl onions, and a fruit salad of sliced kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple
*Each tortilla is 50 calories, 2 g. fat, and 8 g. fiber (capped at 4) ... my calculator is on my desk at work but I think they would be 1 pt each.
