Default Results not in YET

I joined Curves and WW about the same time in mid April. At 5'2" and 200 lbs with Crohn's disease (digestive disorder) my health was a mess which included high trigylcerides and abnormal liver counts ewww. It was time to get me and my health together so I did!! So far I have lost 26 pounds 32 inches and 17% body fat. I know Curves does not have the best of hours but they do have the RIGHT equipment. You get cardio, strength and resistance ALL AT once. I am a professional and work full time, also a wife and mother so being able to get all the excercise I require in one 30 minute interval (3x a week) has worked wonders for me.

I need no way to go's etc...what I am trying to do is perhaps reach someone who may be struggling in their journeys. Take control of theirselves and their lives because no one else can do it for you but YOU!

NO, the results are not in yet because I have a goal to be 140 by January 1st 2007 and with using the math thats 1.6 pounds a week, easily done with smart eating and excercise, because I CAN!

Secor,

Great job on your weightloss and inches lost.
Sounds like you are doing a great job. With WW are you doing the core or the points?

I love Curves as well, I started in July 06 and started Atkins the beginning of August. I haven't weighed in yet, I will be doing that Friday. The first month at Curves I had only lost 3 inches total but not any weight.

I am short as well and I want to get to around 135 January 2007 - we both sound like we know where we want to be.

I am married (two years) I don't have any children and I am 36 years old. I have a great husband, I love my job - now only if I could get this weight off.
Post more on the boards, they are very supportive and everyone is very kind.

We will reach our goals together.

Being happy in my marriage and career are so comfortable is how I let myself get spoiled fat!! But now I take that HALF to ONE hour for ME every day. I went to WW (points) yesterday and I am half way to goal!! 30 more to go. I am sure we can continue. Keep me informed on your weightloss too.
