Lunch: Eggbeater omelet, FF Bordens sharp cheddar slice, ketchup
Snack: 1/2 of SBD peanut butter chocolate bar (2 points)

Dinner: Pork Chop, sweet potato, 1 1/2 cups fresh cauliflower, smart balance light (3 points), black decaf coffee
Snack: 1 large piece multigrain bread and LF cream cheese (4 points)
