Welcome! I'm new here too. We'll work out getting some simple foods together.

Welcome,
I am new too. On my second day. I also tried it when it first came out but was very confused by all the "seemed at the time" complex recipes. I purchased the new SBD Quick and Easy Cookbook with 30 min. recipes. Both meals have been outstanding out of it and I look forward to more and the ones here. I also found the information on how to adapt the program to be a real eye opener.

That was one of my initial complaints about SB too, how expensive it could be. I didn't have the $ to even get the cookbook and my experience with other plans in the past showed that the cookbook recipies could be very complicated anyway. I am very glad that I found this forum because there are a LOT of tried and tested recipies in this forum that are very easy to make. Plus they are so good that my whole family will eat them!
