My first week of weigh in showed a 5.5lb weight loss-- not as much as a normal first week for me but things are a little different this time around. I have to say I was very pleased with this loss. I am hoping that the momentum continues. This week, I plan to add exercise to the mix. So far so good! Jeremy lost 10 lbs! We're off to a rumbling start!
I lost 0.9 pounds this week. Not much, but I was expecting even less since this week was the big party week in my town, and that means lots of food and very little exercise :P
My wonderful, loving friend...I am SOOO incredibly, unbelievably, endlessly proud of you.
You have been there for me so many times in the last year and a half or so, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that.
You have worked so hard...nonstop, and you've finally reached one of the biggest goals imaginable for people like us. You amaze me, and inspire me every day.
According to the scale on 2 consecutive days, I am down 3.5 pounds! I ate WAAAY too much yesterday, ugh, so I don't know what that will mean to those numbers - but either way, I am determined to get back on track today.
I have to go out and buy pants today . I hope I find some that look nice and aren't beyond my budget. Same for shoes.
Anyways, here's another carrot, I feel like I could use seeing another one .
