Just wanted to say hello,
Im new to this site,Wanted to say hello.I have lost 120 pounds of weight in the past 20 month's. My BMI was 40 I was coming down with "PANCREATITIS,& DIABETES Type 2 and it scared the heck out of me when my Doctor called me, "I''Knew it was time to lose the weight or die.
I tryed many diet's and gained more weight back! I wanted to get the LAPBAND but my Insurence wound not cover it. So scared and forced to do it on my own through exercise and Diet. I am now 190 pounds from 310.
