I would like to reiterate that it is very, very important that you do not put your full name, and your email address IN POSTS. This is a public forum, and while most of us here are members, there are non-members, and spammers, etc. that visit websites like this-and when you do this, you are basically giving them your personal information.

If you want to exchange email addresses and full names with another member-the best, and safest way to do so is using the pm feature only. Do not post it on regular threads for everyone to see. You might end up with a "secret admirer" or 10,000 spam emails for online Viagra and reduced mortgage rates in a couple of weeks.

Also-there is no trading/selling of food/diet items/fitnes videos and so forth on the 3FC forum. Please do not publicly post about selling/buying items from others. This is what Ebay is for.

Lastly, I know that some of the home food delivery programs have referall discounts-but let's use this forum for support, not trading the referall discounts.

All posts featuring emails and personal information, offers of buying/selling items, and "email me for your discount" will be deleted by me, as they are against the forum rules.
