My ARMS! My ARMS!
I can see all sorts of muscles hiding under there!
I've got a nice dent between triceps and biceps - I can see the 3 muscles that go over my shoulder - I can see that muscle on the outside of my forearm. When I flex, I look like Mighty Mouse. Just think what I'll look like in a few more pounds time!
It's SUCH an incentive to keep going! I want OTHER people to be able to see my muscle dents too, not just me when I go the the toilet and look in the mirror with the right lighting!

Kickboxing instructor commented on my "big arms" last night!
I'm not sure they're BIG as such - just nicely cut thank you very much
I'll do the loo-cam today if I can find the camera!

I'm looking a little less pumped today since I haven't lifted heavy since Wednesday - just barely did any arm work last night at kickboxing either - but I'm still pretty chuffed with the mirror
