You go girl! Fight that temptation and you will feel so much better that you did. Way to use that will power.

I agree, chicken breast sounds better than McDonald's, but I'm not a big fan of McD's. WTG for resisting the urge, it always feels so good to resist the temptation and come out the winner!!! Keep it up!!

Good goin! Most of the time I agree with everyone else that the chicken sounds better than McD's, but once in awhile ya just get a craving for the greasy awful stuff! It gets better the longer you go, but fighting to get to that point is well worth it! So glad you fought it!

I wish I had said no to McDonalds yesterday. I have had a salad every day for lunch since March. EVERY day. Yesterday I decided I was going to be bad and have a Happy Meal for lunch and have the salad for dinner.

Let's just say the happy meal was not like I remembered it. The french fries tasted like LARD. The burger was mushy. I can't believe I used to actually like this stuff. That meal (what I ate of it) just rolled around in my stomach all afternoon making me ill. I won't go into details, but NEVER again.

It amazes me how after months of eating GOOD foods, the reaction your body has when you put something not so good in it.
