Melissa, you are ON THE BALL, girl! I'm going to be a very good girl tomorrow because the rest of the office is having Panda Express, but I purposely didn't sign up and pay so that I would eat the lunch I take. So here's me for Thursday:
Breakfast: grits, skim milk
Snack: SF jello
Lunch: grilled chicken salad
Snack if needed: popcorn
Dinner: TBD
Well, I missed something. Maybe part of the problem is that I always have to think so hard about what day it is. One of the hazards of retirement. Do not throw rotten eggs and tomatoes!
Well, it seems that Melissa started a Thursday menu thread at 8:39 and then Frouf started one at 8:55. Actually, Frouf might have been typing hers while Melissa was posting ... anyway we ended up with two (which happens frequently, as we all know!).
Better to end up with two merged into one than none ... because not having a menu thread at all means that we've all gone off plan and are now at McDonald's eating one of everything.
Oh ... Hang on. The feeling will pass, and meanwhile we should get our WW Core scientists working on a biscuit substitute. The egg and cheese we've got covered, but biscuits ...
I'm feeling a bit stronger this morning. Only time will tell.
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and fresh blueberries
Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with turkey sausage (points), avocado and fresh salsa; wheat toast and ICBINB light (points). Not bad considering what I WANTED to eat!
Dinner: Core Cola Chicken, oven fries, corn on the cob
