Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if anyone will remember me -- but I'm back. Wasn't doing so good in my weight loss efforts and went hiding for a while.

In the past several months I've managed to gain back a bit of the weight that I had lost, and I'm trying to put the brakes on now and go back in the right direction. I hit Onederland just before the winter holidays, and bam...I'm back t 210.8 today. I've actually been hovering at 210ish for several weeks, but I don't want to stay here.

So...I'm back.

Goal: 130
First Goal: Back to 199
Plan: Calorie Counting and Exercise

Wish me luck, please -- I think I'll need it!

Initially, I think it was the holidays and facing them with no family (my grandma and mom both died within a couple months of each other at the end of 2004 / beginning of 2005 -- right before Thanksgiving, and right after my birthday in January, respectively)...after that, it became a recurring "dang, I screwed up, I'll just start again tomorrow" but tomorrow never came. Then I started a new job in March, and just haven't gotten myself back on track.
