Default 100th Workout?

Has anyone here reached their 100th workout yet? I asked the lady at my Curves to reset my number when I rejoined, so that it would be an honest depiction of 100 workouts can do. She was happy to do it for me, and now I am determined to workout steadily, 3-4x weekly until I reach my 100th.

If you have reached your 100th, how do you feel about your results?

Yup, BTDT...got the t-shirt. Literally. LOL My Curves gives a 100 Workouts t-shirt (black) when you reach it. I'm currently at 112 I believe. Not too shabby, considering I was on a hiatus for several months before and after child birth, and moved and changed locations twice.

Smile On my way

My workout tomorrow will be number 90! I'm looking forward to hitting 100, but I don't think my gym does anything special for it I've read about a t-shirt being given out, but no one has mentioned it at my gym.

It's been right around 6 months since I re-joined Curves. I feel great, even if I am a little disappointed in how much I've lost (around 15 lbs and somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 inches). I was hoping to lose more at this point!

Default Curves

I just came back to CURVES after a year off. They kept record of my previous workouts which was nice!! So now I only have 9 visits to reach 200!

I have about 3 more workouts to reach 300. There are some ladies at my Curves who have over 400.

Wow how long did it take you to reach the 100 milestone? I've done 31 work outs so far in my 7 weeks of membership. I can't wait to get that first t-shirt. They have them up on the wall as a motivational tool. I really want the purple one, it's the 300 workout one. So far every week I've worked out only the week of July 4th was my slowest week only made three that week, due to the holiday and working extra shifts at work. Last week I actually made it there 6 times. My goal is 5 times a week unless I have to work extra days. If I keep up that rate I should have my 100 workout t-shirt by Thanksgiving. Congrats to all who have succeeded.

I just had my 301 workout today, I did that in about two years, I usually go 3 times a week, you can go more often if you want to.

I'm at about 145 workouts. I started dieting almost a month ago, and I'm now doing extra cardio workouts. That finally got my excess weight to budge, and I'm down 11 of 50. It feels great to finally be a "loser". It's not fast, but I hope this weight loss is permanent.
