Fit, check out the recipe section for Phase I entrees. I think there are several marinade recipes there including Dump Chicken and Cola Chicken.

Red face

Just finished eating breakfast. Two scrambled eggs and turkey sausage patty. Lunch will be a salad. Dinner will most likely be grilled chicken breast and more salad.

Just returned from vacation and am starting phase I again. I gained about 2 pounds on vacation and I can feel the difference.

fitbyforty,
I used all the dump chicken recipes, plus my own Asian marinade. For that I use soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and powdered ginger. YUMMM!
