Default Planning for SUNDAYS (yes, it can be done!)

Well, I had some leftover pasta for dinner yesterday, so while the diner lunch probably put me over in calories for the day (especially with the carrot cake!), I don't think it's extreme or undoable damage

As for today, the plan will be something like:
  • smoothie (banana, pb, ice, skim milk)...I bet if I remembered to freeze my bananas, I wouldn't have to add any ice
  • sandwich (low-cal, whole-grain bread, lean ham and turkey, reduced-fat Swiss cheese, light mayo, honey mustard, baby spinach)
  • turkey burger w/swiss cheese on light wheat bun
  • maybe some SunChips or a quick pasta-type side
I have a major problem drinking enough water on weekends--only had 1 liter yesterday, so I'm starting early with 1 liter right now (just after 9am).
